We have been appointed to 3 lots on the Framework:

and selected to deliver in 3 areas:

📍North West
📍North East
📍Yorkshire & the Humber

A fantastic opportunity to build new relationships, support ambitious civil engineering and infrastructure projects and continue delivering across the North.

Commenting on the appointment Lucy Barker, who led the bid on behalf of HBP, said:

“This is a significant achievement for everyone at HBP and a real reflection of the hard work and commitment of the whole team. Securing a place on the framework marks a natural and progressive step in the growth of the business and provides a strong platform to build on our capabilities, pursue new opportunities and take the next step in our development.

The inclusion of SMEs within the framework provides a real opportunity for public sector and private organisations to access experienced, self delivering contractors, whilst also creating meaningful economic and social value in the communities where we deliver.”

David Llewellyn, Construction and Infrastructure Director at Pagabo, said:

“The launch of the National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026 marks an important step in providing public sector organisations with access to a broad range of specialist expertise and delivery capability. The range of suppliers appointed have been rewarded based on evidence of their ability to collaboratively deliver high-quality infrastructure, civil engineering and enabling works projects across the UK. Through the procurement support that Pagabo provides, and the ambition proven by the appointed suppliers, the infrastructure sector is in safe hands.”
