We’re delighted that Liam and Harrison have successfully completed their Level 2 Plant Operative apprenticeships with HBP.

Over the course of their apprenticeships, both Liam and Harrison have developed the practical skills and industry knowledge needed to operate plant machinery safely and competently, gaining hands on experience across our sites alongside our experienced operators.

This achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment both have shown throughout their training, and marks an important milestone in their careers within the construction industry.

Growing our own talent through structured apprenticeship programmes like this not only supports the career development of our apprentices but also strengthens the skills and capability across our wider team.

Congratulations, Liam and Harrison, on this fantastic achievement — we look forward to seeing you continue to grow with HBP.

“During my apprenticeship I have learnt a lot about teamwork and built up good relationships with my colleagues. I have also learnt a lot about how jobs work in the industry. I have enjoyed the experience as a whole, especially working up at the washplant and the good friends I have made”.
