From Novice to Artic: Three HBP Apprentices Pass Their LGV Test

Date

We’re delighted to announce that three of our apprentice drivers Deacon, Aiden, and Kai have successfully passed their LGV Test, qualifying as CAT C+E (Artic) drivers.

All three progressed through HBP’s LGV Driver – CAT C+E (Artic) training pathway, a structured programme designed to take new or existing staff from novice through to a full articulated vehicle licence. The programme focuses on competence, compliance, safety, and professionalism.

Congratulations to Deacon, Aiden, and Kai on this fantastic achievement a testament to their hard work and commitment throughout the programme.

We’re proud to keep developing the next generation of drivers, and we look forward to seeing Deacon, Aiden, and Kai continue to grow with HBP.

During my apprenticeship I have enjoyed how much freedom I I was given after passing my test. I liked the way I got to know the drivers and got to hear about their experiences. They have helped me get to grips with the wagons. I have also enjoyed doing the course with SP Training which has provided me with more detail to jobs and what is expected of me by law.”
