We’re delighted to announce that three of our apprentice drivers Deacon, Aiden, and Kai have successfully passed their LGV Test, qualifying as CAT C+E (Artic) drivers.
All three progressed through HBP’s LGV Driver – CAT C+E (Artic) training pathway, a structured programme designed to take new or existing staff from novice through to a full articulated vehicle licence. The programme focuses on competence, compliance, safety, and professionalism.
Congratulations to Deacon, Aiden, and Kai on this fantastic achievement a testament to their hard work and commitment throughout the programme.
We’re proud to keep developing the next generation of drivers, and we look forward to seeing Deacon, Aiden, and Kai continue to grow with HBP.

“During my apprenticeship I have learnt a lot about teamwork and built up good relationships with my colleagues. I have also learnt a lot about how jobs work in the industry. I have enjoyed the experience as a whole, especially working up at the wasplant and the good friends I have made”.
