At HBP Ltd, we specialise in the full delivery of civils and civil engineering packages, offering flexible, end-to-end solutions tailored to the needs of contractors and clients.
With over four decades of operational experience and a strong in-house delivery model, we are equipped to manage projects from initial site clearance through to the completion of complex civils works either as subcontractor or principal contractor.
Our directly employed, North West based team of leadership, management and operatives are supported by our own fleet of plant, HGVs, and resources enabling us to offer efficient, responsive, and self-managed delivery across every stage of a project.
We operate a self-delivery model and deliver approximately 95% of our works in house. Maintaining direct control over our workforce, plant, maintenance and logistics. This approach enhances quality, improves programme certainty, and ensures greater accountability across every stage of a project.
We deliver a wide range of civil engineering services, including:
From enabling works to foundations, drainage, and finishes
Including S278 and local authority-compliant works.
Including manholes, culverts, rising mains and attenuation systems
Strip footings, pile caps, ground beams, slabs and retaining structures
Kerbing, paving, flagging, surfacing, fencing and landscaping.
Delivered in-house with our plant and transport fleet.
Including gabion walls, concrete and modular block retaining systems.
Carried out by qualified operatives with relevant NRSWA & WIAPS accreditations.
Installed to local water authority and highway authority standards.
